After a significant meal planning break, I’m back!!
We have been home from our holiday for a week now after an absolutely fantastic time in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca.
I feel like all I have done is eat and drink but that’s what holidays are all about right? The food was amazing and we honestly didn’t have a bad meal. We tried lots of local dishes, a few pics of which are below:
As you can see the food was definitely a main highlight of the holiday. Unfortunately what comes with it is a few extra unwanted pounds so back to healthy eating. Luckily we came home to a glut of peas in the garden, they looked delicious so we picked and froze them straight away and I used some in a stirfry and with mince and tatties. I then googled a recipe and made a Jamie O, pea, pancetta and mini shell pasta recipe with was quick and easy.
This week’s meal plan is:
Monday – Spiderdogs and salad
Tuesday – Chicken curry
Wednesday – leftovers
Thursday – eating @ work/childminders
Friday – Salmon fillets & pots
Saturday – Pork Mince curry
Sunday – Steak pie
